I'd suggest you contact Customer Service you should be able to open a ticket through the customer portal at cPanel Customer Portal or email them directly by sending an email to cs@cpanel.net

Same issue for me. Absolutely absurd. My business is on hold because of this.

@markdulisse Were you able to open a ticket using the method I suggested in my previous response? If so, did you get a ticket ID? I'd be happy to look further into it for you.

I have same issue. I create ticket from support system but I can't get answer since 24 hour. My customers call me per minute and say: E-Maill adresses and cPanel notwork!!! And I try this: reboot server renew license from expired licenses area. now I hate cPanel... I newer use cPanel or Plesk. I migrate my one more server to alternative panels cause of cPanel new license prices and new owner...

Hi @dnethosting Both your tickets were combined and it would appear that one of our Customer Service representatives resolved your issue at 7 am this morning. Can you please confirm this?

@younis764 You did not provide a ticket ID, luckily I was able to use your username and searched our ticket system for it. I found a ticket which you opened at 3:30 am this morning and it was responded to at 7:51 am this morning, 4 hours from the time you opened the ticket. The issue was that your license was expired and they provided the following steps to resolve the issue: [QUOTE]1) Login to your cPanel store through
Please note that Customer Service is not available 24/7 their hours are as follows: Customer Service Hours Central Standard Time 6AM - 6PM / Monday - Friday 6AM - 4PM / Saturday - Sunday 8AM - 4PM / Holiday Hours
