    Yes, we had similar issues trying to install cPanel. Support quickly replied to us and informed us that it's being worked on by their Systems Administrators, so we just need to be patient for that to be sorted out.

    @hmaddy - there was an issue with the update network around the time you posted your issue. It was resolved just a few hours after your post and I would expect things to be working well now.
