    check /var/log/exim_mainlog for more details.

    Do you have a script, to clear the mail queue by chance? It may be worth it to check, you might start with looking at cron jobs.

    Hi, i checked all the cron jobs from hour to monthly, there is no script to delete emails. very weird thing yesterday happen again user1 send 3 separate emails to user 2, all 3 emails got deleted again

    I also notice this in the logs: "R=central_filter: deleted" what could be this R filter??? where should i look for this Thank you

    In the Cpanel for the domain, (not WHM) Do you see any email filters configured for user2, or any general filters.

    This is output is due to a mail filter. You'll want to check cPanel>>Email>>Global Email Filters and Acccount Filters.

    Thanks, i had some filters in Global, will remove them and see how it goes, thank you!
