A message that you sent could not be delivered
Hi,
I have weird problem that appear from time to time.
one the same server and same domain, email from user1@domain.com to user2@domain.com
can no be delivered, and user1 get bounce back message like that:

=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Like i said this happens from time to time only, there is no any error code just the return email like that, also in Mail Delivery Reports WHM for that tranasction i can see: Event: failure Transport: fail Result: deleted any help where to look why this emails get deleted...?

check /var/log/exim_mainlog for more details. 0 -
Do you have a script, to clear the mail queue by chance? It may be worth it to check, you might start with looking at cron jobs. 0 -
Hi, i checked all the cron jobs from hour to monthly, there is no script to delete emails. very weird thing yesterday happen again user1 send 3 separate emails to user 2, all 3 emails got deleted again 0 -
I also notice this in the logs: "R=central_filter: deleted" what could be this R filter??? where should i look for this Thank you 0 -
In the Cpanel for the domain, (not WHM) Do you see any email filters configured for user2, or any general filters. 0 -

This is output is due to a mail filter. You'll want to check cPanel>>Email>>Global Email Filters and Acccount Filters.0 -
