Websites are down and no access to account

Help, All my websites are down and can't get access to my cpanel and WHM. What's going on? Am I the only one with this problem? Have sent a email to customer service couple of hours ago and still waiting for reply.

  Considering that the Cpanel or the forum doesn't host your web site, no one else on here would be affected. A few things to check. Can you ping your web site or its server IP Can you access it from a different location (try on mobile data) You really need to take this up with your web hosts. At this stage, no one on here could tell you why your web site is down i'm afraid.

  I am sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your sites but I do agree with @keat63 this isn't something we'd be able to assist with and your provider should be able to let you know what the issue is and/or how to resolve it.
