Properly setting up email issue
Hey there,
I am having issues with CPanel email setup. I have a domain with Namecheap however they refuse to help as I don't use their hosting. I know, classic namecheap.
I have tried to setup email accounts but cannot send nor recieve emails. Is their any DNS settings I need to change?
The message below is what I get sent when I try to send an email but I think its an error with WHMCS rather than cpanel.
As I said, most likely me doing something wrong with WHMCS. All help appreciated.

------ pipe to |/home/PRIVATE/whmcsdata/crons/pipe.php
I think that should be | php -q RIVATE/whmcsdata/crons/pipe.php0 -
Could you explain the setup with a lttle more detail. You have a domain with namecheap, but don't use thier hosting ?? Does this mean you bought a domain name from them and have the hosting on another server somewhere else ? 0 -
@keat63's point is exactly what I'm curious about, you'd need hosting in order to set up email. I'm not sure what namecheap has to do with this issue, if you've pointed your domain to the server. If you have hosting and you've pointed the domain there, is the issue you're experiencing only with WHMCS mail or is it with all mail? 0
