Domain is on a blocklist
Is that's normal that my server has blocked udemy emails and marked it as spam?

Inside your exim configurator is a section for RBL's I'm guessing that you have the SpamCop listed as an RBL. If that's the case, then yes this is normal. The domain which sent you the email is on the SpamCop blacklist. Incidentally there are a few other half decent RBL's you could employ. Baracuda is a good one. 0 -

Yea I know, I'm enabling (RBL: bl.spamcop.net) and (RBL: zen.spamhaus.org). But do you think it will be fine if I disabled them? do you think I'm gonna receive many spamming emails? Do you know what the other hosting companies like (Bluehost, hostgator and others) do?0 -
How long is a piece of string. ?? It's inevitable that you will get spam, this is the nature of the web i'm afraid. Your screen shot just proves that. I guess the only way to start to avoid it is to never use an email address like admin@, info@, sales@ etc... commonly used words, Never broadcast your email address. Be prepared to throw away an email address in favour of a new one (somewhat impractical) Even after all this, it's inevitable that your email address will eventually get leaked somewhere, and then the fun begins. Youre on the right tracks with spamhaus and spamcop. Maybe also consider Barracuda and SpamEatingMonkey 0 -

Okay, then you advice to enable (spamhaus & spamcop) from Exim Manager or not?0 -
Persoanlly yes, and maybe consider adding a few extra custom ones. 0 -

Ok then I won't receive any more emails from udemy :)0 -
I'd also suggest utilizing SpamAssassin on a per-account basis to limit spam emails. 0 -
