If this is isolated to that one email, then in my opinion there will be a few reasons for this 1. the email address you tried to send to doesn't exists. 2. The web server (or server) you are trying to send to is unreachable (down/offline etc) 3. The receiving server could be utilising greylisting, your email is put in to like a holding queue, and will only be accepted when your server performs a retry. If it's lots of different TLD's then it could be If your email server is new and hasn't had RDNS configured at the data centre (a very common occurance) 0 -
