I receive email from my same account
Dear cPanel
I have an email account, for example: juan@xyz.com
and I have been receiving emails from my own email account
I have a strong key, and I doubt they found it hacked
When checking the full header, I see that the origin of the message comes from an IP in Russia
Is there any way to configure cPanel, to prevent such problems from happening? that is, that the emails do not allow to accept emails, from the same email account, whose source IP is not that of the same server

Configuring DKIM and SPF might help. Also install CSF firewall, even if not for this issue, install it for added security. Once CSF is installed you could block the offending IP, or even the whole of russia for that Matter. 0 -
I have SPF and DKIM correctly configured but it doesn't help, in this kind of problems use csf to block a country, I do not see it convenient for this case, since the IPs are multiple, some are from the USA Can someone from cPanel help me? to solve these types of problems? 0 -
The thread here might be helpful: They're trying to use an ACL to block mail like this and it might be worth looking into. 0
