Cannot Send Email

Hi, Would anyone please to help me regarding to this issue as picture attached? i've got this message after i sent to one address only, but the other is fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards, Krishna.

  The very last line of the error says that your contry is not allowed to send emails to that server.

  Elaborating on what @keat63 noted, this issue occurs when someone uses country code blocking. Unfortunately, you will not be able to send mail to that domain while using an IP range associated with that country.
