I received this email: Suspension : Removal of mywebsite.com from our server, seems like maybe a fishing email, not sure, can you advise?

We'd have no idea based on this information whether or not this is a legitimate email. For information on this, I'd advise you to contact your hosting provider.

I called GoDaddy and they said its probably a fishing email because all good on their end but this email was from ='cpanal@cpanel.com'>@cpanel.com... the website is alphadataroom.com is this type email something panel's sends out?

If you are hosted with GoDaddy, then Cpanel would never email you to tell you that you are being suspended from thier server. I agree with @cPanelLauren, this this is in all likelyhood a phishisng email. Hover over the hyperlink and see where it's taking you. If it's somewhere totally random, that you don't recognise, ignore it.
