    Hello, @raulotalvaro! There are many other logs in /var/log on the system, but only user logs would show up in cPanel >> File Manager. If you wanted to download the logs from /var/log you would need to use an FTP connection, connecting as the root user to the system, as you would then be able to view all the files on the machine.

    @raulotalvaro I would suggest that you copy the logs you need in /var/log to a folder in a cPanel account and download from there. Using FTP as root is not a good idea.

    On cPanel systems by default you would have to use an sFTP connection as root with SSH, so that would be a secure connection. Although if you do have options to avoid FTP that would be best.
