    If youa re using the same naemservers, did you update the nameserver IPs in the dns zone AND at the registrar?

    Yes, all changed at the registrar

    I have also checked at DNS stuff and the name server are pointing to the new IPs

    if you PM me a test domain, what nameservers should be, and what new Ips are I will check it for you.

    It looks like you did misconfiguration of the nameservers. I hope below steps will help you out, 1. Re-check child nameservers from the domain control panel. 2. Re-check the A record of the nameservers in the DNS settings. 3. Login WHM "Server Configuration "Basic WebHost Manager" Setup check Nameservers configured records. 4. Check WHM "DNS Functions "Nameserver Record Report. Hope this will helps you.
