Hey there! This looks like it may be a permissions problem with that user. The correct permissions for both /home/username/.cpanel and /home/username/.cpanel/caches are 700, with username:username ownership. Can you make sure that is setup correctly on the account experiencing this issue?

Sure ticket #93413934 . the errors issue was resolved as staff member said in that ticket, but my problem is still not resolved. problem is user receiving Internal error 500 1-3 times in a day, first when he complaint i checked and saw disk usage was full so i deleted his extra and useless files, after that he complaint again then i see error logs again and submit complaint here, now staff member saying that 500 error was occured last in 19 december also this user issue was due to disk over usage. but now disk usage issue solved but still he is getting this internal 500 error. Can't understand :(
