I have installed the cPanel but I am not able to log in

  What is happening exactly? Are you using the correct port number (2083) after the URL? https://domain_name.tld:2083

  You can login to cPanel using your server IP: For WHM: https://serverip:2087 or http://serverip:2086 For cPanel: https://serverip:2083 or http://serverip:2082
