Can't upload or edit files

Hello, I'm currently using Cpanel 84.0.18 and I'm not able to edit or upload any files using File Manager. I've tried with different browsers and have no luck. Any hints on what I could be doing wrong?

  Sorry to hear about this issue with the File Manager. Do you get any errors in the interface? If not, and if you have root access to the machine, you could run this command while performing that work to see if there are any errors in the logs: tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
  as that would show you errors in real time while you perform that work. If that doesn't get you more details you can always open a ticket with our support team using the link in my signature and we can check out the machine for you.

  I'm trying to submit a ticket but the interface is so counter intuitive. A lot of fields required and I can't get to work the "Prepare server for support" thing... Thanks for the fast reply! edit: Nevermind, it was easier to do it manual than with that option. Ticket submitted, thanks!
