    Hello there. Do you have the symbolic-links=0
    value setup inside /etc/my.cnf on the system? If so, can you try removing that and restarting MySQL to see if that helps to resolve the issue?

    cPRex, thanks for your reply Resolve only the make backups from the cpanel client but I cant entry to phpmyadmin I have a diferent screen and this message mysqli_connect(): (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'cerranet'@'localhost' (using password: YES) https://cerranet.net:2083/cpsess5740155838/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/themes/dot.gif
    Undefined index: auth_type

    Can you provide the contents of the mysql configuration file? You can get this by running the following: cat /etc/my.cnf
    Please ensure that you remove any identifying information like IP addresses and domain names.
