In cPanel Email Filters, when I want to send all emails coming to address A1 to address A2 and not to deliver them to A1, is it OK to specify as the rule From contains @ and as the action Redirect to Email ?

This would work, but why have the A1 address even exist? You can create a forwarder for A1->A2 even if it doesn't exist.

I want that A1 can send emails, so I believe it must exist.

I've performed something similar, using only 1 email account. Scenario - our sales manager wants to deal directly with all new sales enquiries but doesn't want the bother of sending the initial contact email. So another person performs this task. I have two PC's configured as john@mydomain.com. One of those PC's is configured within the client software to be able to send, but not receive. The sender sends, but John gets all the replies.
