exim error

I installed whm but I can't send mail. What is the problem? LOG: MAIN cwd=/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot 4 args: /usr/sbin/exim -v -M 1iyMnt-0009gj-Dr delivering 1iyMnt-0009gj-Dr LOG: skip_delivery MAIN Spool file is locked (another process is handling this message)

    In this case, you can restart Exim service on the cPanel server with the following command: #/scripts/restartsrv_exim
    If you face the same issue again then remove the Exim ID using the below command.. (Please be noted if the email is unwanted then only delete it). After that restart the Exim service. #exim -Mrm 1iyMnt-0009gj-Dr

    Can you see this message in WHM >Email>Mail Queue Manager. Try deleting it from there.

    What is output when you run the following? exigrep 1iyMnt-0009gj-Dr /var/log/exim_mainlog

    Sir, I deleted all of them, I try to send them all over again, but in all of them I give this error and delete it.
