sysctl.conf settings

Hello, I have a very high traffic web site and server. Today I saw some error while reload sysctl.conf . I'm using these settings since 4 year w/o any problem. But I think some line not supported new kernel ? Any idea about some line warn ....... is an unknown key ? Maybe problem come from my ethernet port ?   Sorry my late answer Lauren, I'm already solve that problem. I was change eth0 to em1 this problem is gone. Working now... Thanks so much
