Single client reporting this error from his email account. Email exists, Server IP Blacklist checked Which is Clean and not blacklisted. its an Cloudlinux with latest WHM. The exact error message is : This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.   mimecast has the sender listed as having a poor reputation. If not already done, try defining SPF and DKIM records for that domian. More info
