log in cpanel
Hi,
I had a problem log in to cpanel.I was using cpanel many years (and stop using it many years too). The problem is below.
I am not expert in computer (sorry for my poor tech term) but using online search to solve my problems. I had a website (for a zencart and an SMF forum and start editing it from cpanel. The web host is my uncle's. So I just register website and attach it. The web s generally fine so I did not access to cpanel much. Currently I am not able to log in cpanel at all. password reset cannot be done. To sending a ticket, I managed to find the host IP address but cannot find support access ID ( I think it has to log in to cpanel first to get the ID but since I am unable to log in how can I get the ID) so I am not able to send a ticket to solve my problem. How can I log in to cpanel or able to send a ticket to people who can solve the problem. Any solutions for this please???

Hey there! It sounds like you only have access to cPanel so you likely wouldn't be able to solve this issue without root access.
