Can't click on "Manage Plugins" in WHM - loads forever

If I click on "Manage Plugins" in WHM the page will load forever, while this screen is being displayed: CloudLinux 7.7 cPanel version v86.0.16

  I"m not able to replicate this behavior, what, if anything is noted in the cPanel error logs? You can find them at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

  @netzapping - do you see any errors in the cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/error_log ?
