dovecot: auth: Error: policy - Policy server HTTP error: 500 Internal Error

Hi all! Any idea what these are? All is working fine more or less, but still would like to know why these keep up showing in my log. Here are few greps and other info:

Most of the time these (I believe it's the checkservice or what ever it's name is, checking all is running ok?) come out with no problems, it's running every 5 minutes, like this:

/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cphulkd_errors.log at the same time: Nothing, latest entry there is from May 14 /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cphulkd.log at the same time: [2020-05-16 13:58:59 +0300] info [cPhulkd] DB processor shutdown via SIGTERM with pid 2257221
Weird, it's kinda random. I can see from the logs that May 13 there was just one 500 error in the log, May 14 none! ... then again May 15 there was four... - Wallu

Hello, Bumping this thread in the hope that since the original post that the cause of it was identified - even better would be a solution if one exists. We're seeing the same errors on a fairly fresh Almalinux 8/CloudLinux 8 installation. Was it related to cpHulk? Thanks.

@bloatedstoat - I'm not finding much on my end for this. Since this is still an ongoing issue, and you have a system where this is happening, could you submit a ticket to our team so we can check it out?

Whilst not helpful for others I did manage to fix this, it was to do with cpHulk and I found the solution in another thread on here although I am unable to recall which one now unfortunately. Thanks for your help. Cheers.
