    Only you would know which domains you want to block. No one on here could make any recommendations as this is for your own personal requirement. You might want to block xyz.com, but I might not. If you don't already use them, consider adding a few custom RBL's in exim config.

    Hello, it is true that cPanel's SpamAssassin implementation can check DNSBLs when scanning mail. Specifically, Spamcop and Spamhaus can be enabled via the Exim Configuration Manager in WHM. For more information see the documentation here:

    I have not found of domains but if of IPs, you can consult the following list of Cisco Talos Intelligence Group
