As a web site owner, you'll no doubt have a hosting package with someone, your first point of call would be whom ever hosts your web site.

You should also check to ensure that your domain resolves properly to the server, as @keat63 mentioned you most likely can discuss this with your hosting provider

Hi cPanel Lauren, I can send email out through roundcube to gmail or any other platforms but I can't receive emails.

I'd suggest following the same advice provided above and checking for examples of information that is helpful to provide here.

@jerrygill You've not really given us anything to work with. As an experiment, create a test email account with gmail and try to email yourself. Lets see if you receive any failures. Alternatively, send me an email address via the message system, and i'll see what happens if i try to send something from my end.

@keat63 meanwhile I had been in contact with my host provider, They told me I had to wait for at least 24 hours in order for the domain to be propagated properly. its been more than 24 hours now, But I still think issue might be something else cause my A records for the domain shows up correctly when checking through dnschecker.com, but MX record dont.

24-48 hours for prorogation is the suggested time frame, however, things will start within minutes and I've rarely seen it take more than an hour. Have a play with MXToolbox.com, it's perfect for checking this sort of issue.

Disable Greylisting in WHM >> Greylisting.
