email cannot be delivered

Hi, i have encountered some problems with my email. I found this error when trying to sent email : Reporting-MTA: dns; webmail.example.co.id Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822;info@example.co.id Status: 5.0.0 Please help what should I do? Thank you in advance

  This isn't enough information to go off of. There has to be a reason the message failed. Was there any further information provided?

  When you receive the rejection notice, interrogate the headers and post the full message headers on here. Please remove any sensitive info, like IP's and real email addresses.
