people please healp me, I dont knew what to do, I try to fix this problem olrady 2 days, someone knew's whats need to fix this problem, please I need to fast fix this problems ... ?

  It sounds as though the issue is occurring because you don't have a valid hostname on the server. The hostname must resolve to an IP address and be an FQDN.

  from what I can see vultr.com is a hosting service. When you purchased this plan, did you purchase a domain name ? or are you using cpanel38509512 as your domain name ?
