SSL on computers with Windows 7

Hello everyone, I would like your opinion. We have some new customers who still use windows 7 on their machines, and now face problems accessing their sites after migrating to our server with cPanel. We have servers with the latest version of cPanel and we leave it enabled only for newer ciphers. Does anyone have an opinion of what is the impact of allowing the use of old ciphers on a shared server?

  What is the exact problem here? Are they getting SSL expired warnings while the certs are valid? If yes have a look at SSL Certificates Showing as Expired

  What is the error they receive and what are they doing exactly attempting to login or just view?

  Hello Guys, One of our customers is having trouble viewing sites that are using HTTPS. That's because he uses a Windows 7 computer and can't update it. He receives errors when opening the website on our server. I want to understand the risk for my server if it accepts older encryptions.
