Does anyone have a answer for this?

How does one run spam filter manually on an inbox or a folder?

i.e re-scan after filter rules have been adjusted.

    Thanks
    Nathan

Nathan - you can use SpamAssassin's sa-learn utility to handle this work.  Details on running that can be found here: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360053149353-How-can-I-teach-SpamAssassin-to-identify-more-Spam-email

    Thanks Rex.

I thought this might be exposed in the GUI somewhere so users can manually re-scan their inbox after adjusting the scoring.

I found that if Spam Box was disabled during a migration to cPanel or if scoring options were not strict enough then the inbox will still potentially contain malicious emails that should go to Junk.

I'll submit a feature request and see if it garners any attention.

    Cheers
    Nathan

Sounds good - I'm not sure if we'll have the features meeting the next two weeks with everything that has been going on lately, but I'll get to it and send you a follow-up email!
