    Hello, Does the user use antispam cloud? This isn't a standard error message from cPanel, I'd assume the relay you're using is has an issue with the account.

    I am also dealing with this 451 error. Any ideas? abc@abc.com host smtp.antispamcloud.com [x.x.x.x] SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 451 Your account has been locked. Please contact your administrator.: retry timeout exceeded

    Hi folks My primary email address (which I have had for nearly 25 years) has been unable to send mail for the last two weeks. Every time I try to do so, I get a rejection reply containing the following: host smtp.antispamcloud.com [*IP address removed*] SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 451 Your account has been locked. Please contact your administrator.: retry timeout exceeded (I can provide the IP address referred to above - which always seems to be one of two variants - if that may be helpful.) I only use webmail (Roundcube with CPanel apparently) if that is of any relevance. I have been in contact with my ISP administrator, but it appears he has never seen this before and does not know how to fix it. Would anyone have any idea how to resolve this?     @chrhisn - the best thing to do in this situation would be to contact the hosting provider that controls the server. Someone with root access is going to need to check the mail logs on the system to determine the root cause of the issue, as the bounceback you receive doesn't give us enough detail to provide any useful advice. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this one!
