How to block the helo name

Sender IP:	113.189.230.32
Authentication:	dovecot_plain

Hello, Our users sending spam from a random IP all around the world, how to prevent it. I want to block all helo name with IP address, example block all helo [#.#.#.#] In this case the sender with helo name is 113.189.230.32 will be blocked and cannot send mail out. Is there any option to allow/not allow using pop/imap for a specific email, or restrict only use from a specific IP ? Thank you.

  As a root admin, i'd install CSF firewall. This should do exactly what you want.

  Host access control would let you restrict use of specific services to specific IP addresses. You can read about it here: Host Access Control | cPanel & WHM Documentation
