How to block access to a site by country?

How can I block access to a website by country, for example I want to block entries from America

  Just be careful if you block a whole country especially somewhere like the USA. Whilst there is some bad stuff, you may find good things like GoogleBot and others are also blocked. You might have issues receiving emails from Gmail, HotMail, or Outlook for instance. If you blocked somewhere obscure like Ghana or Nigeria, I wouldn't foresee issues, but blocking the USA could have further implications. I'd suggest that the USA needs special consideration.

  You can also use cPHUlkd to employ CC blocking in the same manner as CSF does. The following may be helpful:
