DKIM setup for email sent from another domain

I have a setup where I have a forum and an associated shop. I want the shop to send email from the forum email address. However, I am unsure how to correctly set this up so it passes the DKIM check. Is there a simple way of setting this up or should I just send the email from the shop domain? Thanks

  How are you sending mail from the shop? It would depend on this to determine whether or not it'd pass a DKIM check.

  It"s just the standard email plug-in and there are no settings, so I guess it is just php mail function. Edit: argh, just found a setting to use smtp... guess that solves it!

  If the shop is on the same account as the forum I don't see an issue with this. They'd both be run from the same user.
