Not Recieving Emails
Hi,
I apologise in advance but I am a newbie and could not find the solution for my problem after hours of browsing.
My issue is that I am unable to receive emails on my cpanel email account, while, I am able to send emails to regular email accounts, but can not send to my gsuite mail account as this error message appears:
(This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

I purchased my domain through gsuite and my host is godaddy. I was not able to receive mails to my gsuite email account so, I have asked for help from google and they have instructed me to change the MX records so, I did it through the zone editor in cpanel. Now my gsuite email is working fine, but my original cpanel (roundcube) email account cannot receive any emails.
I had read many threads about how to set up split delivery and dual delivery with the combination of gsuite and cpanel, but none of those seems to me the solution, I am looking for.
My goal is to be able to receive emails with both my gsuite and cpanel email accounts and I don"t mind if, I can"t communicate between those two accounts.
Anyway, I hope my explanation is clear enough so, you can point me in the right direction.
Many Thanks
-
IF you're using the same domain for both gsuite and cPanel you will only be able to receive mail to one of them for the same email address. It may be possible to configure split delivery but this needs to be done within gsuite and cannot be done with the same email address, it would be one email address receives mail to gsuite and one to cPanel 0 -

I need to set up the primary emails in Gsuite, but allow for some minor emails to be used in the cPanel. any pointers?0
