Where did the "inexistent email forwarding" option go?

Hi, I'm new here, thanks everyone for your support, I've been using cPanel since 2001, fortunately I've never had the need for this level of support but here it is. One of my costumers wants an option called "inexistent email forwarding" but I can't find it anywhere, I asked my hosting provider and they told me this option is not available anymore, but they didn't know why, so is this true? and if so, is there a reason? I need to explain this to my costumer. Thank you.

  In Cpanel under the email section, I'm guessing that you are looking for the "default address"

  I don't remember it ever being called that but it did used to be under mail authentication, it's now default address as @keat63 notes
