Migrating individual accounts from Plesk

Hello, I am looking for a tool that can help me to migrate one account currently hosted in a Plesk server so while searching I found this thread

  I'm aware that migrating from Cpanel to Cpanel requires SSH access, so i'd imagine Plesk to Cpanel being the same.

  You can migrate from plesk using the transfer tool but you'd need SSH access for that as well. If you have the backup of the account you can restore it using the rest of the instructions provided in the tutorial after the conversion is complete, in some cases you can ask the provider for assistance with this.
