I was trying to uninstall a network and this happened!! My website disappeared!!

  I just started the website so If I uninstall my Cpanel and install again, will I have it back?

  
  If you have a backup you could restore the backup, I don't know how uninstalling and reinstalling cPanel would help bring the site back?

  You say that you can't find your web site, is this via http. ? Can you see any files in the public_html folder either via FTP or File Manager in Cpanel. As @cPanelLauren suggests, reinstalling CPanel isn't going to help bring your site back, in fact, if your site files are still actually there, then re-installing CPanel would probably wipe them out all together.
