MySQL Databases Offline in cPanel? (kind of cryptic error message)
Hello! I am trying to make a phpBB (phpBulletinBoard), anyways, I was trying to look at the databases, and got this message:
Does anyone have any clue? Also, when I try to make a new database, it says it created it succssefully, but once i enter in the admin password and stuff, it says:

The MySQL server is currently offline. This is the source of the issue. If you don't have root access to the server I suggest you to reach out to your hosting provider for assistance,. 0 -
@andrew.n 's advice is the way to go - if you have access to root and WHM, you can check things there and see if you can get some more useful errors. If not, contacting the host directly will be the best way to get that resolved. 0 -
Well, I heard from a friend that MariaDB update could be causing the issue. And, I told the guy who has access to the root (my server host) and he has completely ignored me, so there isn't anything I can do for now. Thanks for trying to help guys! 0
