cPanel/whm will not start. Perl path is wrong
It seems the server performed an update last night and now cPanel, whm are down. I tried everything including checking and fixing rpms, upcp, etc. with the proper cpanel scripts. I cannot even open a ticket because I cannot access whm and I cannot run the script suggested.
[CODE=bash]/usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S
Outputs:
cPanel seems to have the wrong perl path. Any ideas?

After a failed attempt to forcefully update cpanel, a testing for clamd failed. I was able to remove clamd and re-try the upgrade (again forcefully), and both cpanel and whm came back to life. I don't normally forcefully update anything since things can get worse if already broken. Luckily, with my fingers crossed, I did it, and it worked. 0 -
Interesting - from that output you provided initially it almost seems like an update failed. If you run into that again and submit a ticket letting us know a service is down we'll give that some priority and see if we can get you more details. 0
