Finding accounts which are not pointing to the server

Is there any script to check the accounts/domain which are created on the server but it was pointing to other server DNS So we could remove those accounts to save money due to cPanel per account pricing !

  There isn't an official automated tool for this as DNS checks can give false positives due to external systems like Cloudflare being setup, resulting in an IP mismatch between the DNS A record and the local IPs. It would be best to confirm the sites don't point to the machine using manual methods, especially if you are considering removing accounts from the system.
