Hi! Are there any particular issues you are encountering? Any app that supports WebDAV should work just fine. The only problem I personally encountered is that some apps do not allow you to specify the port used for the connection as they default to the standard of port 80 & 443 due to being an extension of the HTTP protocol. But in a cPanel server, WebDAV uses port 2078. Before responding I set up a test server and used '

How did you fix the port issue. I haven't been able to get iOS to connect.

@wgc_panelc - it depends on where your server is hosted. Some hosts will have external firewalls in your hosting control panel that you need to adjust, and some machines you can just edit the local firewall on the server itself and that is enough to get ports opened.

They seemed to indicate their issue was client side, not server side, thus mirroring my experiences. Macintosh connects find, iOS14 errors out on attempt via Files app.

Can you let me know what error you get from the app? I have an iPhone here so I may be able to test this.

Using the connect to server facility in the Files.app the response is "There was a problem connecting to the server. Check the server name or IP address, and then try again. If you continue to have problems, contact your system administrator." "example.com" and "example.com:2078" return the same error. "Example Domain" is rejected as invalid by the app. This is an SSL connection. Also, connecting in Safari is successful on the phone.

that should be "h ttps://example.com" not the link.

I just tested this on my end, and confirmed the "Files" app does not seem to support the protocols necessary for webdav. You'd need to use an app that is confirmed to work with webdav, like ?ES File Explorer-Zip Unzip
