Would like email to root Inbox but also Copy to subfolder. Filters either gives 2 copies to root & 1 to Sub, or NONE to root & 1 to Sub

Hi, Trying to get email with [BookingForm] in Subject to go to main normal INBOX but also duplicate to a Subfolder. It works but if I use filter with 2 options.. 1) Deliver to INBOX & 2) Deliver to \.bookingforms I get the correct 1 copy to bookingforms subfolder but TWO copies of the same in INBOX. if I just use 1) Deliver to \.bookingsforms, I do not get anything in INBOX but I do get the copy in the subfolder Don't understand why it appears to go to root anyway when using the 2nd option but not otherwise. Not sure how to achieve what I want thanks I/A

  I just created the same filter and it happens to me also. It also doesn't seem to matter in which order the delivery takes place. 2 copies end up in the inbox and 1 copy in the second folder.

  I've seen something like this before here: but the issue in this one was also that the entry added to the filter UI was changed. The duplicate email part was never addressed after this because it stopped being an issue once it was changed. In this case, I've tried to change things every way I can think of to stop the duplicate email from being delivered to inbox but I have been unsuccessful. Can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks!
