My website isn't showing up

I have putted a index.html file in public_html and my website is not showing up, The VPS is working fine apprently, then why nothing is showing up?

  so what do you see and how old is your account, a new account may take a while for DNS to do it's magic.

  I think I found the problem, when I installed my VPS and went to WHM I confirmed the automatic ip adresses when I actually needed to put there my VPS's IP adresse.

  Do you see any errors? If yes, post the exact error or screenshot. I would be second to agree that a new account may take some time for DNS propagation.
