auto responder and divert from a specific address

I've a colleague who's retiring at Christmas, and I want to set up an auto responder and email divert but only from one incoming domain. Basically, anything which comes from @mycustomer.tld, needs to have an auto responder advising of his departure, and that the email has been diverted to someone else. I can handle to divert with a filter, but can't seem to figure out how to respond back to this particular customer. There doesn't appear to be a field in responders 'If From Contains' any thoughts ?

  You wouldn't be able to do this with the standard autoresponder as far as I know. What you'd need to do in this instance is create a filter to both forward the email and pipe to a script.   I think it might actually be easier if I do this on the client PC. Not ideal, but it won't have me scratching my head.
