This looks like verizonmedia.com is failing your message and based on their explanation which is detailed in the link provided in the message: [QUOTE] WHAT ARE 5XX (553 AND 554) PERMANENT ERRORS?
    • A 553 or 554 SMTP error indicates an email could not be delivered due to a permanent problem. Message delivery can be permanently deferred because :
      • Sender Best Practices, since 5xx errors can be a symptom of a more widespread, general problem.
      • You should not retry sending an email that comes back with a 5xx error. List managers should have a policy for removing email addresses that generate 5xx errors/bounces.

To find out specifically WHY this is happening you need to contact them. There's nothing we can do to manage this besides suggesting you follow the Mail best practices as noted here How to Keep Your Email Out of the Spam Folder | cPanel & WHM Documentation

It's easier if you just think of Yahoo (and AOL), Microsoft, etc all as "too big to fail" and so they're going to treat your mail anyway they want to - regardless if it makes sense or not. There's a false narrative out there that email is 100% interoperable between email providers. It's not. Any time you send out an email to a domain name that you don't control there's always a greater than 0 percent change that it will never reach it's intended recipient as expected. Sorry to be the pessimist - but years of experience has just taught me that this is true.

I have sent several emails from two weeks ago and every several responses received but still we have problem. Great news! The engineers let me know that they've fixed the issue and everything should be working now. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
