    For some additional clarification, the file /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/roundcube/php.ini mentioned in Michael's post is the internal PHP that gets used for Roundcube, but editing this as mentioned through WHM is the preferred way to perform the change to ensure it doesn't get overwritten.

    Hi @cPRex , May I ask if deleting the tmp directory contents in root directory will also fix the issue? Thank you

    The /root/tmp directory wouldn't be related to this issue. That directory typically gets used for temporary system actions as the only thing I see there on a test server is some Yum data and Pear package data.
