File Upload Error - Roundcube
Hi,
Would like to seek assistance, one of our users is using Webmail Roundcube in emailing and was trying to upload a file attachment (pdf, doc, excel, etc.) but he's encountering this File Upload error prompt and wasn't able to proceed to email. Upon trying to use Horde no issue is encountered with the file attachment uploading. May I ask what should be done on the server-side or anything that should be checked?
Hoping for your immediate assistance. Thank you!

Hi @ZenHostingTravis , Thank you, I'll try the one he suggested. 0 -
For some additional clarification, the file /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/roundcube/php.ini mentioned in Michael's post is the internal PHP that gets used for Roundcube, but editing this as mentioned through WHM is the preferred way to perform the change to ensure it doesn't get overwritten. 0 -
Hi @cPRex , May I ask if deleting the tmp directory contents in root directory will also fix the issue? Thank you 0 -
The /root/tmp directory wouldn't be related to this issue. That directory typically gets used for temporary system actions as the only thing I see there on a test server is some Yum data and Pear package data. 0
