Uploading email attachment fails

hi guys, we've encountered this error recently with roundcube. horde though is working fine. issue is when uploading an attachment to an email. it says "File upload failed" attaching a screenshot. any luck with this issue?

  Whats the size of the file you trying to upload?

  Hello @froi-manila , Is the file larger than 50 MB? If so, you are likely hitting the Max Upload Size limit (50 MB by default) or the Max Post Size limit (55 MB by default). If this is the case, the limits can be increased in the following location of WHM. Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings

  less than 1mb. pretty sure its not about file size. Horde is ok with attaching file

  Is this also happening in other email clients like Horde? Anything in log files? /var/cpanel/roundcube/errors /var/cpanel/roundcube/sendmail
