Hello @albatroz , I'm seeing that we have a very similar ticket open currently with this exact error. If this is your ticket, I would advise continuing to work on this in the existing ticket as having access to the servers involved will make it much easier for us to determine the cause. If this is not your ticket, this is likely caused by the account specifying a package that does not actually exist. You can verify this with the commands below. [CODE=bash]ls /var/cpanel/packages/Cloud5 grep Cloud5 /var/cpanel/users/*

Hello, We solved the issue copying the packages used by the account before the migration, but I don't remember having to do this before.

Im having the same problem, we are migrating a cpanel account from another hosting provider to us, we created a full backup file on the other hosting provider server then copy that file to our server and restore it, the problem is that the other provider obviously has other packages names than ours, so its impossible now to restore the account until you create a package with the same name of the package in the other hosting provider (server), this is unnecessary and annoying, why should i need to create a package if i sell a client my packages? the restore should be straight forward and easy (and it used to be) and not with this annoyance
