Acces problem
Hello,
i have a big problem, when i buy from a company they don't send via mail acces to user / pass on cpanel
so, i can't anymore acces my cPanel, i have just acces on my only site, ( wp-admin)
how can i acces again or restart password on cPanel ?
i can't contact the company, support
i have the proof i buy from it, just wanna get back my acces on panel

Hey there! I would expect that if you're purchasing a shared hosting plan from a company they would provide the cPanel user access if that is included in the plan. Many companies do offer Wordpress accounts with only access to the wp-admin area. In this case we wouldn't be able to do much on our end as you'd need to speak with the company where you purchased the hosting from as they would have the access to both the server and your hosting plan to get you those details. 0 -
yeah, i hope i can acces without the company, it's hard to speak with my company where i buy... but, i don't understand, if i have all acces (almost) to all i why i can't reset cpanel password... 0 -

Just to wrap this up, we confirmed that @wlf needs to work with the hosting provider to get access to the system. 0
